Due to a very limited schedule the studio policy has been updated as follows. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation!

Booking - Rescheduling - Cancelations
-Clients will be granted 1 opportunity to reschedule their appointment if needed with a minimum of 72 hour notice required.
-Initially booked and rescheduled appointments must take place before May 1, 2025. Deposits will be forfeited and not be able to be able to transfer to a later appointment after May 1, 2025.
-All deposits and transactions are non-refundable.

Late Policy
Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.

Payment
-A non refundable 25% deposit is required when booking. Please ask any and all questions unanswered prior to booking your appointment.
- In studio the only forms of payment accepted is Cash (preffered), Venmo, or Zelle. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount due. Change will not be able to be given during this time.

**Coverup/Corrections
Any client with previous freckle permanent makeup from another artist is automatically considered a coverup/correction and requires an email consultation for approval prior to booking. These clients can anticipate a $100 coverup/correction fee.

Touch Ups:
Maintenance Touch Up: $200
Coverage Upgrade: $300
